Classes are crafted to be creative, progressive, and in tune with the breath, leaving you with a deep feeling of equanimity and peace. Each class is unique, but may include standing postures, backbends, twists, core and spine stability, and of course, sweet final stillness for reflection and contemplation. Classes included: vinyasa flow, focus hatha, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and chakra flow. Time vary- between 60 min-90 min
